Maui Mall in Kahului welcomes Da Shrimp Hale to its lineup of 35-plus businesses. The new eatery will have a soft opening today through Aug. 21 with hours from 4 to 9 p.m.

Regular, more expanded mall hours will start on Aug. 22 in its spot next to Baskin Robbins.

“We are excited that we have finally found a place to call home at the Maui Mall, and let people know what we have to offer,” say the owners. “This is truly a one of a kind of experience on Maui and invite everyone to taste our delicious shrimp and other seafood options.”

Da Shrimp Shack will dish up peel-and-eat shrimp, with a variety of sauces and seasonings. Other options will be oysters, clams, crabs, calamari, crawfish, lobster and mussels.
